Aeroporto Friuli Venezia Giulia SpA has designated pursuant to art. 37 del Reg. UE 2016/679 ”GDPR” a Data Protection Officer “DPO” the company ONEMORE S.R.L. Purpose of the treatment.

The data provided will be used for the only purpose of managing the suggestions and reports sent by you, in order to improve our services. We also undertake to provide you with a written reply within 30 days of receiving the report.

The provision of data and the processing of the same, including communication, by Friuli Venezia Giulia SpA for these purposes is mandatory and does not require its explicit consent, on pain of the impossibility for the writer to manage the service.

Data Processing Mode.

In relation to all the mentioned purposes, your information will be kept in a secure environment and access to it will be restricted according to the 'need to know' principle. the processing of data may be carried out using manual, computerized and telematic tools in order to record, organize, store, process, modify, select, extract, compare, use, interconnect, block and communicate the data.

Categories of subjects to whom data can be transmitted.

For the pursuit of the purposes your personal data will be processed by the duly authorized personnel of the Airport. The updated list of authorized personnel is avaible at the registered office of the Data Controller.

For some activities, the airport need to communicate your personal data to third parties such as external consultants, service companies and third parties, in charge of carrying out activities directly connected and instrumental to the provision of the services of or with which the Company has entered into commercial agreements functional to the dissemination and development of the services to be provided.

The subjects belonging to the above categories operate in autonomy as separate Data Controllers, or operate as Data Processor of the Treatment specifically appointed by Aeroporto Friuli Venezia Giulia SpA.

Data transfer abroad.

Your personal data subject to processing may be transferred abroad, within and / or outside the European Union, always in compliance with the rights and guarantees required by current legislation.

Data retention times and other information.

The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the collection of such data.

Rights of the Data Subject.

Lastly, we inform you that Articles 15-22 GDPR grant the interested parties the possibility of exercising specific rights.

The interested party can obtain from the Data Controller: access, correction, cancellation, limitation of the processing. In addition, the interested party has the right to object to the processing. Should the right of objection be exercised, the Data Controller reserves the possibility of not honouring the petition, and therefore of continuing the processing if legitimate binding reasons exist to proceed with the processing which prevail over the interests, rights and liberty of the interested party.
