Trieste Airport is part of the airport network Sky Valet Connect, which brings together various service operators (FBOs) for business aviation at numerous European airports.

Dedicated service is available for general aviation, capable of assisting all types of aircraft. Within the terminal, both passengers and crews can enjoy a welcoming dedicated waiting area equipped with TV, minibar, and internet connection. A direct telephone connection with the ARO for flight plans and weather information is operational. The technical staff, specialized in general aviation assistance, provides:

• at the retrieval of the weather folder where requested;
• at the completion of the DUV form;
• at the coordination of JET A-1 and AVGAS 100 LL refueling (available only at the dedicated apron);
• to provide information on hotels, taxi service, limousines, catering, and any additional services for VIP passengers.

At the general aviation office, it is also possible to make payments for airport taxes, handling, and catering using cash, credit card, or debit card.
